Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient which has been proven to help reduce tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal function of the immune system. Essential nutrients cannot be made by the body, but instead must come from diet or supplementation. Foods that are naturally rich in B12 include meat, fish, dairy products and some fortified foods. This supplement is an effective way to boost B12 levels, especially for those following a vegan or vegetarian diet.

This high-strength formulation provides active vitamin B12 as both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. These 2 different active forms work synergistically, playing vital roles in energy production, healthy blood cell formation and functioning of the nervous system. Each capsule provides 1000μg and is as effective as sublingual B12.
